Shipping Costs

Your order will be processed immediately and delivered as quickly as possible with DHL.

Fast Shipping

We usually ship your order on working days within 24 hours of receiving the order!

The delivery address can be chosen independently of the billing address. Within Germany, shipping to packing stations is also possible.

Shipping within Germany

  • Up to an order value of 100 €: flat shipping rate of 4.95 €
  • From an order value of 100 €: Free shipping

Shipping to other EU countries

  • Shipping costs to other EU countries vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the order.
  • All deliveries to other EU countries are subject to a charge.
  • The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.

Shipping to Switzerland

As a Swiss customer, when shopping in German online stores, you should ensure that the process is as simple as possible. With our process, we aim to minimize the effort required from the customer. Therefore, everything has been taken care of once you register as a customer. As a registered customer residing in Switzerland, you are automatically assigned to the "Switzerland" customer group, which means that the value-added tax - which you, as a resident of Switzerland, do not have to pay - is already deducted during the ordering process (the tax is also deducted from the shipping costs). This means there is no need for an additional trip to Swiss customs to have the VAT payment confirmed in order to have it reimbursed later.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal according to §§ 355 ff. BGB). The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Please note:

  • The buyer bears the cost of the return.
  • For hygienic reasons, opened or unsealed products are excluded from exchange and return, unless there are product defects.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration by email or post.
