We usually ship your order on business days within 24 hours of receipt! For prepayment orders, shipping occurs after payment is received in our account. Please also refer to the delivery time information for the article.

The delivery address can be chosen independently of the billing address. You can find the availability of the item on the respective product detail page. Within Germany, shipping to packing stations is also possible.

Shipping to Switzerland

As a Swiss customer shopping in German online stores, it's important that the process is as simple as possible. Our process aims to minimize effort for the customer. That's why everything is already set up when you register as a customer. As a registered customer residing in Switzerland, you are automatically assigned to the "Switzerland" customer group, which means the VAT - which you, as a resident of Switzerland, do not have to pay - is already deducted during the ordering process (the tax is also deducted from the shipping costs). Therefore, no additional trip to Swiss customs is necessary to have the VAT payment confirmed in order to subsequently have it refunded.
