Phytochemicals – Cell Boosters for a Long Life

An unhealthy lifestyle can block certain genes with methyl groups. These act like stop signs for the cell's genes. Phytochemicals can remove these stop signs again by activating a repair gene called SIRT and accelerate DNA repair.
